Do I need to prepare my own tools?
No. All Globlazer products come with a dedicated hex key and clearly sorted hardware packs. You don't need extra tools to finish the assembly.
What should be the first step after unboxing?
Keep the wooden boards in the box or on a soft surface to prevent scratching. Count all parts and hardware first, and check the pillar numbers against the manual. If any parts are missing, contact us for replacements.
Is wall-mounting the cat tree really necessary?
Yes. Tall cat trees can wobble under a large cat. Use the included anti-tip strap to secure the tree to the wall.
What should I do if I lose the paper manual, or find the illustrated guide too hard to follow?
Search this list by model and download the digital PDF manual. If a step is still unclear, open the installation video for the same style and keep the PDF beside it.
Why is there more than one PDF for the same style?
Some models have their own files. GT / GN are examples, but not every GT or GN pack is separate. Use the version printed on the box, not only the style name.
