How long do I have to return a product?
Standard orders are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition with their original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to customer preference or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, Globlazer will cover all return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return shipping label.
Can I return an assembled cat tree?
For hygiene and safety reasons, assembled products cannot be returned unless confirmed defective. If you discover a manufacturing issue during assembly, please stop and contact our support team immediately.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your item at our facility, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception. If damaged, take clear photos of the item and its original packaging, and contact our team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Can I exchange my cat tree for a different model?
For the fastest turnaround, we request that you process your original item as a standard return and immediately place a new separate order for the desired model.
