What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our Startup tier begins at 100 units per SKU for ODM products. For fully custom OEM designs, the MOQ starts at 300 units. Enterprise partners benefit from flexible scheduling with preferred production slots.

How long does the sampling process take?

Standard samples are ready within 7 business days for ODM and 14 days for OEM. Expedited sampling (3 business days) is available for Growth and Enterprise partners.

What certifications do your products carry?

All products meet CE, EN71, CARB P2, and FSC Chain of Custody standards. We also carry TÜV Rheinland structural stability certification. Region-specific certifications (ASTM F963 for US, AS/NZS for Australia) are available upon request.

Can you produce under our brand with full IP protection?

Absolutely. We sign NDA agreements before any project begins. Your designs, branding, and product specifications remain exclusively yours. We never resell or replicate client-owned designs.

Do you offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping?

Yes. Our logistics division handles full DDP delivery to major markets including the US, EU, UK, Australia, and Japan. We manage customs clearance, import duties, and last-mile coordination to your warehouse.

What is your production lead time?

Standard production runs 30-45 days depending on complexity and volume. Enterprise partners with recurring orders can access our reserved production window, reducing lead time to 20-25 days.
