Do I need to prepare my own tools?
No. All Globlazer products come with a dedicated hex key and clearly sorted hardware packs. You don't need extra tools to finish the assembly.
What should be the first step after unboxing?
Keep the wooden boards in the box or on a soft surface to prevent scratching. Count all parts and hardware first, and check the pillar numbers against the manual. If any parts are missing, contact us for replacements.
Is wall-mounting the cat tree really necessary?
Yes. Tall cat trees can wobble under a large cat. Use the included anti-tip strap to secure the tree to the wall.
This video is for my style, but my model looks a bit different. Can I still watch it?
Yes. Most styles have one video. Small hardware or color differences are in the matching PDF.
If two pillars have the same number, does it matter if I install them backwards?
No. If the numbers match, either direction is fine.
