Urgent Notice: Apology and Resolution Regarding Incorrect Assembly Guides Included with Some F70-PRO-LG (Light Grey) Cat Trees

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing Globlazer.

We recently discovered that, among a shipment of approximately 1,000 F70-PRO-LG (Light Grey) Cat Trees sent to Amazon FBA, around 5 packages were packed with an incorrect assembly guide.

If your package is affected, you will not be able to complete assembly correctly using the guide included in the box. The product itself is fine; only the printed guide is wrong. We understand the frustration and wasted time this may cause. This was a serious error on our part. We take full responsibility and sincerely apologize.

Resolution Plan

There is no need to return your original product. We have prepared the following dedicated resolution plan:

1. A complimentary new cat tree as a sincere token of our apology. It will be shipped separately, and your original order does not need to be returned.
2. The correct PDF assembly guide and installation video, sent to your email so you can complete assembly of your current product. You can also access them now:

• Your full name and contact information
• Your Amazon Order ID
• A clear photo of the incorrect assembly guide, showing that it does not match the parts in your package

After verification, we will arrange shipment of the complimentary cat tree and send the correct assembly guide within 2 business days.

We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience caused by this serious error. We are strengthening our pre-shipment review process to prevent this from happening again.
