The plush fabric is way softer than the carpet stuff on my old tree. My kittens knead on it constantly. The dark grey looks really classy too.

It's a nice tree but if you have thick plush carpet it wobbles when the cats jump. I had to strap it to the wall. On hardwood it's fine.

box was heavy as heck but it was worth it. delivery guy struggled getting it to the porch. instructions were actually clear for once and all the bolts lined up. the sisal rope posts are holding up great so far to my cats claws. my big maine coon actually fits...

I've bought a few trees over the years and this one is the most stable. The caves are a good size too.

honestly i was worried it would be shaky cause its so tall but it is solid as a rock. my two tabbies love the baskets and they are already napping in them. took like 45 mins to put together.

The sisal rope is high quality, not that cheap stuff that falls apart in a week.

box arrived totally smashed and two of the bolts were missing from the hardware pack. tried calling but no luck. returning it tomorrow if I can fit it back in the box its huge and heavy.
