its a decent tree for the price. heavy and doesnt wobble when the cat jumps. only reason for 4 stars is one of the screws for the scratching board was a pain to get in but eventually worked. cat loves it tho.

Had several trees over the years but this S80-BG is the most stable. The full sisal wrap on the posts is a must because my cats shred the carpeted ones in weeks. The condos are actually big enough for adult cats, not just kittens.
