Problem

Pet strollers are often compared by size, wheels, and price, but real satisfaction depends on whether pets feel safe and owners find the product easy to use.

Hypothesis

A stroller designed around pet comfort and owner routine can fit naturally into Globlazer’s pet living brand territory.

A Lab project should move forward only when it can create real value for pets, people, production, and the brand.

What we need to test.

These testing areas help the team decide whether the project should stop, improve, enter product development, or strengthen the brand system.

1. Interior comfort, entry height, visibility, and airflow.
2. Wheel stability, turning, braking, and folding logic.
3. Cleaning, storage, and daily outdoor scenarios.
4. Use cases for senior pets, nervous cats, and small dogs.

How we know the project is working.

Each project should have observable signals that show whether the idea deserves to grow.

• Pet comfort signals during entry and ride.
• Owner ease of folding, storage, and cleaning.
• Stable movement across common surfaces.
