You don’t need to build this so much as just assemble the pieces, which distinguishes it from most other cat/dog/human furniture I’ve bought. I wouldn’t have minded using tools to build it; simply assembling this cat condo (“PurrVilla”) was a real pleasure. The cats couldn’t wait past me getting the first level together before they just HAD to climb on it.

The assembled PurrVilla is very solid, strong & sturdy. It’s well balanced, but when there’s a 20-lb cat on the top level, it teeters back and forth, so I strongly recommend you take advantage of the attached anti-tip strap to screw into to a wall stud for added stability.

My 2 younger cats took to this thing immediately, and the more cautious older one took his time before testing out every level. He’s a HUGE cat, and he easily fits in every cave and on every bed, which was important to me.

I got this for $99.99 — which must have been an introductory price for this incredible thing — an unbelievable value for what you get here. It is 100% worth it. My 3 wild cats have been using & abusing this thing for over a month now and it is still in perfect condition. I am hard to impress, yet this PurrVilla has impressed the heck out of me!

There are 2 dangly ball toys and 1 dangly fine furry mouse toy included. The mouse is a tremendous hit with the cats. They totally ignore the fuzzy balls and go nuts over that mouse. I dread the day when that mouse toy deteriorates because it’s the only one. I tell you, this company could make a mint with a side biz just selling those mouse toys alone! I’ve never seen them go so crazy over any toy the way they do with that one!

Five extremely rare stars from me — it’s been over a month so I’m very comfortable with this rating, including the value and the quality of PurrVilla. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to contact the company to see if I can get my hands on more of those mouse toys! ๐Ÿ™‚
