Instructions were clear enough but the whole thing shakes when my cat jumps to the top. I had to anchor it to the wall with my own hardware. Not as sturdy as I hoped for 72 inches.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.

Smells weird
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...

Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
