i was worried cause my boys are chunky (18lbs and 15lbs) but this thing holds them both easily. the red and black looks cool in the living room too. instructions were okay but took me about an hour to get it all done. the scratching boards on the bottom are a nice touch.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
