The F70C-BG looks nice but its very wobbly when my big tabby jumps on top… kind of scared it might tip over if i dont anchor it to the wall. i wish the base was heavier.

nice but messy
the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.

Smells weird
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...

Buy it
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
