Overall pretty good. The instructions were a little confusing on step 3 but i figured it out. It’s taller than I expected which is great for my apartment. My cat loves the scratching posts. Only gave 4 stars because the fabric had a weird smell for the first day but it went away.

Frustrating. Had to go to the hardware store because a couple screws were missing from the bag. Once together it's okay but shouldn't happen.
they spend all day on it. the plush is really nice and thick. much better than the f78b we had before.
