Really solid build once you get it together. Only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the manual was kinda tiny to read and some of the screws look similar so be careful. But the actual tree is awesome. the dark gray f70 pro model is way better than the cheap one I got from the local pet store last year.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
