Washable top cushion is a game changer

The top observation perch is huge! My cat spends his whole afternoon napping up there. I love that the padded cushion is removable and washable because he barfed on it last week and it cleaned up perfectly. Assembly was fine, just lots of pieces. Definitely a sturdy 52-inch tree for an apartment.
