The F70-Pro is pretty legit. The dual climbing paths are great since I have two kittens that are always racing to the top. 70 inches is tall so make sure you have the ceiling height for it. Everything arrived in one piece and the sisal rope seems like itll actually last.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
