Make sure you measure your space because 74 inches is no joke. It’s taller than me lol. Assembly was okay, instructions could be a little clearer but we figured it out. One of the hammocks is a bit small for my fat cat but he still tries to squeeze in.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
