pretty good but a bit tall

It took a bit to put together and one of the screws was sticky but once it was up my girls went right for the condo. the 52 inches is tall enough they can see out the top window. only thing is the basket wobbles a tiny bit when my 15lb cat jumps in but it holds him fine. the steel rings feel way safer than the plastic ones.
