the tree is great quality and I love that you can wash the pads because my cat gets hair everywhere. assembly wasnt too bad but the box it came in was SO heavy i had to wait for my husband to help me get it up the stairs. once it was up though the cats went crazy for the hammock. deducted one star just because of the shipping box weight.

Frustrating. Had to go to the hardware store because a couple screws were missing from the bag. Once together it's okay but shouldn't happen.
