idk i followed the instructions but it feels a bit shaky when my fat cat climbs to the top. i had to anchor it to the wall with the strap it came with which helped but still. also one of the screws was missing but i had a spare in the garage.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
