Good but a bit wobbly

This tree is massive and my three cats are obsessed. I like the double condos because they don’t have to share. Only issue is it wobbles a little bit when my big boy jumps to the very top so we had to anchor it to the wall. The instructions were okay but some of the pictures were small. overall good purchase.
