Stability was my main priority

We’ve had several wobbly trees in the past that ended up tipping over, which really scared my cats. I specifically looked for something with a lower center of gravity and a wide base. This S52E model delivered. It’s quite heavy at over 40 lbs, but that weight contributes to the stability. The industrial paper tubes are thick and reinforced well. The best part is the ground-level ramp—my older cat uses it every day to get to the condo without having to exert his stiff joints. Definitely worth the assembly time which was about an hour.
