Okay so I have three cats and they were constantly fighting over the old small tree. Bought the F75B-BG because of the height and let me tell you… they are obsessed. The two condos are perfect because now they dont have to share one. Its actually pretty stable for being 75 inches tall. I didn’t even use the wall anchor yet but it seems fine? The beige color is a bit lighter than the picture but matches my rug. assembly was hassle free like they said, maybe 45 mins tops while watching tv. best purchase of the year for my furbabies.
