Sturdy for the price

Solid construction. Usually 75 inch trees are shaky but this one has a wide enough base that it doesn’t wobble much. The 2 scratching boards on the bottom are a smart design choice to add weight. My 16lb tabby fits in the condo just fine and he usually hates small spaces. Good buy.
