shipping was fast but man the box is heavy as hell lol. i had to drag it up the stairs. once i got it open the instructions were okay i guess but i got one of the poles backwards and had to restart. once it was up though the kittens went nuts for the scratching boards. only reason its 4 stars is the fabric is a bit thin in the caves but overall a good royal observation station for them.
