Very stable and well built

I was worried about a 59 inch tree tipping over but the split dual foundation works perfectly. It has a main base and a secondary one that makes it very wide and stable. My 18 lb Ragdoll can launch himself at the top perch and it barely moves. I counted 9 sisal scratching posts and 9 plush ones which is a good mix for keeping his claws away from the furniture. The hammock underneath is his favorite nap spot.
