i was worried about it being 81 inches but its actually really stable. the base is heavy enough. my cat loves the scratching boards on the bottom.

nice but messy
the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.

Smells weird

Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
