The box arrived lookin like it went through a war and i was missing one of the M8 screws. had to go to home depot. once it’s together it’s fine but what a headache.

Smells weird
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...

Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
