I have a 18lb Maine Coon and most towers just tip. This triangular design is legit. He fits on the padded top platform which is rare. plus the extra bed is nice.

Smells weird
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...

Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
