honestly i was worried about it being wobbly since my big boi is 16lbs but this thing is solid. took about 45 mins to put together and the instructions were okayish but i managed. lulu loves the little hammock thingy and she’s always rubbing her face on that brush part. best 70 bucks i spent in a while lol. also came with an extra ball which is good cause they already ripped the first one off within an hour….

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
