This thing is definitely 84 inches. Almost hits my ceiling fan so measure your space before buying. The two houses are actually big enough for my 15lb cats. Only giving 4 stars because one of the screws was a bit tricky to get in, but once it’s together it’s not moving anywhere. Good quality carpet material too.
