Stable even with a 15lb tabby

Assembly was straightforward but the box is really 42 lbs, so be prepared if you live in a walk-up apartment. Once put together, the five posts holding up the top perch make it incredibly stable. Even with my 15lb tabby jumping around, it stays rooted to the floor.
