i love that i can wash the pads. most cat trees get so gross after a while but this one is easy to keep clean. its tall as heck too. my big girl fits in the condos which is rare usually they r too small. definitely worth the money if you have multiple cats.

Frustrating. Had to go to the hardware store because a couple screws were missing from the bag. Once together it's okay but shouldn't happen.
