Instructions could be better but once it’s up its great. My cat is 15 lbs and it shakes a tiny bit when he zooms up it but doesnt fall. Good value for S48-BG model.

nice but messy
the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.

Smells weird
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...

Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
