I have a large (21 pound cat) and he mostly fits. We did not use the top saucer and he is too jumbo for that space.
It took him a few times to figure out how to maneuver the space but this fits, mostly.

Very easy to assemble, took maybe 20 minutes max. The instructions were actually clear which is rare. The dark grey color matches our furniture perfectly....
