Good but heavy

Box arrived a bit beat up but the parts inside were fine. The 80 inch height is no joke. Only reason for 4 stars is that the top platform is a bit wobbly if my 15lb cat jumps on it too hard. I tightened the bolts extra and it seems better now. Cats like it though.
