was worried about it being wobbly since my cat is a bit of a chunk but the FC50 is surprisingly solid. the scratching boards at the bottom are a nice touch he actually uses them instead of my sofa now lol. good height for him to look out the window.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
