Assembly was pretty straightforward but definitely takes a bit of time because of all the parts. The dark grey looks great and the base is heavy enough that it doesn’t wobble when they jump to the top platform. happy with the purchase.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
