Very easy to assemble, took maybe 20 minutes max. The instructions were actually clear which is rare. The dark grey color matches our furniture perfectly. The cats like the hammock and the top platform the most. Height is perfect for them to look out the window. Sturdy enough for two cats.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.

had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
