Sturdy enough for my 15lb tabby. He fits in the caves which usually doesn’t happen with these cheap trees. The F52B-LG model is much better than my last one.

nice but messy
the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.

Smells weird
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...

Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
