Took forever to put together but wow my big ginger boy loves it. Usually he breaks these things but the f74f is pretty sturdy for the price. One of the caves is a bit tight for him though but he doesnt care he just uses the hammock all day. i like the light grey matches my couch perfectly and doesnt look cheap like some others.

they love sleepin in the little houses. plenty of room for both of them to have their own space without hissing lol.
the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
