honestly i was worried about the 50 inch height being wobbly since my ginger boi is a bit of a chonk but its actually really sturdy. the beige color matches my living room perfectly. he loves the little cave thing and the hammock is his new fav nap spot. assembly took like 40 mins but instructions were easy enough.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
