This thing is solid. I was worried it would tip over because my cats are chunky but the triangular base keeps it steady. The extra bed that comes with it is a nice touch, my older cat sleeps in that on the floor while the kitten climbs to the top. Great value for the size.

they love sleepin in the little houses. plenty of room for both of them to have their own space without hissing lol.
the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
