The tree itself is great once its up. Very tall and the platforms are wide enough for my maine coon. however, the box was missing one screw (had a spare in my tool kit) and the instructions were just pictures that were hard to see. but the cat loves it so 4 stars.

Frustrating. Had to go to the hardware store because a couple screws were missing from the bag. Once together it's okay but shouldn't happen.
