It’s a good tree. Pretty stable with the anchor. The dark grey looks clean. Only issue is the scratching board at the bottom is kinda small for my adult cat to really use properly but he uses the posts instead so its fine. Took about 20 mins to put together.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
