Make sure you have space for this. 71 inches is no joke. The quality is decent for the price point. One of the scratching posts had a little loose string but I just trimmed it. Cats seem to like the top platforms for bird watching. Pretty stable for a tall tree.

if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
