i didnt realize how big 84 inches actually was lol. it basically touches my ceiling. my cats were on it before i even finished putting it together. the light grey matches my couch perfect. honestly 8/10 for assembly… pretty easy but i got confused on the scratching board part for a sec.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
