Surprised by how steady it is
really tall tree. make sure u measure your ceiling first. its stable enough for my 15lb tabby but the top perch wobbles a tiny bit when he jumps full speed. lots of scratching posts which is great because he was tearing up my couch. pretty solid buy overall.
