One of the scratching posts didn’t have the right screw hole drilled in it. I fixed it myself with a drill but shouldn’t have to for the price I paid. otherwise its fine.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.

Smells weird
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...

Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
