the box was beat up when it got here and one of the scratching posts had the sisal rope coming off already. i fixed it with some hot glue instead of returning it because it’s too heavy to haul back to the post office. cats like it but quality control could be better

they love sleepin in the little houses. plenty of room for both of them to have their own space without hissing lol.
the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
